The magnetic suction phone holder from Joyroom is a practical assistant for the bathroom, kitchen, and travel. On one side, it has a magnetic surface to which the phone attaches, and on the other side, 18 silicone suction cups that hold on smooth surfaces. The holder can easily be fixed to a mirror, tiles, shower glass, or window. It is suitable for phones with a diagonal of 4.7 to 7 inches, making it compatible with most common smartphones. The body of the holder is made from a combination of ABS+PC and silicone. To ensure the suction cups hold as best as possible, always attach the holder to a clean, smooth, and dry surface. Wipe the surface before attaching and press the holder firmly to expel air from the suction cups. If the suction cups lose adhesion over time due to dust or grease from hands, simply rinse them with water, let them dry, and reuse. Suction cups do not hold on rough, porous, or uneven surfaces, so avoid these. The holder requires no drilling or gluing, and moving it to another location takes just a moment.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
ExchangesA different size, colour or variant
Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
