Before your first performance, practice the trick several times at home in front of a mirror to become familiar with the movement of the block halves and execute it smoothly. When performing, hold the block so that the spectator can clearly see the rope emerging from both sides, and accompany the entire effect with a short narrative to divert attention from your hands. Store the prop in a dry place and avoid unnecessarily stretching or pulling the rope to maintain its shape. Simply wipe the block occasionally with a dry or slightly damp cloth. - We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
