The round licking mat is a practical aid for dog and cat owners who wish to slow down feeding and offer their pets calm entertainment. It is made from food-grade silicone, which is pleasantly soft, flexible, and easy to clean. The surface of the mat is divided into 4 zones with different textures, allowing you to place different foods or treats in each. The pet must gradually lick the food from the depressions and between the protrusions, thus consuming it more slowly and for a longer time. Licking also has a calming effect and helps divert attention in situations that the animal finds unpleasant.
The mat has a diameter of 18.5 cm and a rim height of 2 cm, making it suitable for bowls, floors, and bathtubs. Two zones consist of densely arranged small protrusions, ideal for yogurt, pâté, cottage cheese, or wet food spread in a thin layer. The other two zones feature round depressions shaped like honeycombs, which can hold kibble, pieces of meat, or treats. In the centre of the mat is a smooth circular area. On the underside, you will find suction cups, which allow you to secure the mat to a smooth surface, such as tiles, a bathtub, or the floor, preventing the pet from moving it while licking.

It is also useful during bathing, drying, grooming, nail trimming, or when guests are visiting, helping to keep your dog or cat calm in one spot. After use, simply rinse the mat with warm water, wash it in the dishwasher, or clean it with a brush. The silicone is flexible, making it easy to bend and release food from the depressions.
This licking mat combines slow feeding with fun and helps the animal engage in a meaningful activity. It is suitable for dogs and cats that gulp their food, get bored, or feel anxious during regular care. With two types of surfaces, you can combine dry and wet food and serve them in one portion. The silicone material withstands dishwasher cleaning and freezing, allowing you to use the mat every day. The suction cups on the underside keep the mat in place and make it easier to use in the bathtub and on the floor.
