Ironing is quick and easy. Set the iron to approximately 150 °C, place the letter adhesive side down on the chosen spot, and cover it with a cotton cloth to protect the plush from direct contact with the iron. Press for about 20 to 30 seconds and then allow the patch to cool completely so that the adhesive firmly adheres to the fabric. On knits, leather, mesh, and very smooth or rough materials, it is better to secure the letter with a few stitches around the edges.

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
