A pair of snap-on lens caps with a diameter of 43 mm protects the front lens when the camera is not in use. You can keep one cap on the lens and have the other in your bag as a spare, or split them between two lenses of the same diameter. The caps are held in place by a centre press mechanism: press the two grips in the centre with your fingers, place the cap on, and upon releasing, it will snap behind the edge of the lens. You can remove it in the same manner without touching the glass. Both caps are black and made of plastic.
Each cap comes with a loss prevention string that allows you to attach it to the lens or camera. When you remove the cap while shooting, it will hang on the string, so you won't have to search for it in your pockets, grass, or on the ground. The caps correspond to a diameter of 43 mm, which is the specification manufacturers indicate on the lens next to the symbol ø, usually on the front or inside the original cap. Please verify this measurement on your lens before ordering; a cap of a different diameter will not fit your lens. The grips are positioned in the centre of the cap, making them easily accessible for your fingers, so you don't have to grip the thin edge when removing the cap.

Always attach the caps to a clean lens and check that there is no dirt or sand on its edge before attaching. If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
