The hair of the new brush is factory-set into a pointed shape. Before first use, gently squeeze it with your fingers and carefully remove any loose setting, then soak the brush in water for 5 to 10 minutes. After soaking, gently squeeze the hair several times and rotate the brush to align the tip into a point. Dip the brush into the ink approximately two-thirds of the hair length, ensuring the root remains dry. After use, rinse the brush in lukewarm water, align the hair into a point, and allow it to dry freely.

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
