The Kalimba with 17 keys and an engraved dragon motif is a portable thumb piano that will be loved by beginners and players with some experience. The wooden body measures 18 x 12.5 x 3.3 cm, comfortably held in both hands and played with the thumbs. The front is adorned with a laser-engraved drawing of two dragons winding around a round resonant hole, complemented by delicate clouds. The metal keys are coated against corrosion, slightly curved at the ends, and bear marked tones. This allows you to learn your first simple melodies very quickly using numerical notation, even without knowledge of musical notes.
The sound is produced by the vibration of the metal tongues and is amplified by the hollow wooden resonant box. In addition to the front hole, the kalimba has two resonant holes on the back, which can be alternately covered with fingers to create gentle vibrato. The tone is soft, clear, and ringing, making the instrument suitable for relaxation, singing, lullabies, and quiet playing in your spare time. You can play while sitting or standing, simply holding the kalimba loosely and vibrating the keys with the fleshy part or nail of your thumb. If any key becomes out of tune over time, gently tap it with the tuning hammer and move it slightly up or down until the tone matches. You can stick the included stickers on selected keys as reference points. After playing, wipe the instrument with the provided cloth to prevent fingerprints on the metal, and store it in the bag to protect it from dust and scratches. Do not expose the wood to direct sunlight or moisture for extended periods, as this will help maintain its nice appearance.
The kalimba with the dragon motif combines pleasant sound with a striking decor that captivates at first glance. - We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
