Kalimba 17 Keys with a Design of Two Fawns Thumb Piano 18 x 12.5 x 3.3 cm Wooden Brown Tuning Hammer Bag and Stickers for Beginners
You already have the maximum available quantity in your cart.
The brown kalimba with 17 keys and an engraved design of two fawns is a compact thumb piano with a clear and soothing sound. The wooden body measures 18 x 12.5 x 3.3 cm, making it comfortable to hold in both hands, and you can easily reach the keys with your thumbs. The metal tines have a corrosion-resistant surface treatment and their ends are slightly curved for easier playing. The keys are marked with notes to assist in playing according to numerical notation. The front is adorned with a laser engraving of a pair of fawns standing in grass, complemented by floral ornaments.
The body of the instrument serves as a resonator and has two resonating holes on the back that amplify the tone. By alternately covering the holes with your fingers, you can create a gentle wavering of sound that adds depth to your pieces. The brown shade of the wood with dark engraving gives a natural appearance, and the instrument looks lovely as a decoration on a shelf. The kalimba is handmade, so slight variations in dimensions are common. The instrument is held freely in both hands, and the keys are plucked downwards with the thumbs, making it easy for complete beginners to play. The paper manual and the sheet music in numerical notation included in the package explain the basics and contain the first simple pieces.

It is not recommended to leave the kalimba in direct sunlight or in damp conditions. The included stickers can be applied to the keys as a guide to facilitate playing according to the notes. The bag closes with a drawstring, making it easy to store and transport the instrument.
The kalimba with the pair of fawns is an ideal choice for anyone looking for a simple yet beautifully sounding musical instrument. With 17 metal keys marked with notes, you will learn to play it very quickly even without knowledge of sheet music. The package includes a tuning hammer, sheet music, stickers, and a storage bag, so you can start playing right after unpacking. Its small size makes it a great companion for travel.
