When playing, hold the kalimba with both hands and strike the keys with the pads or nails of your thumbs, preferably with a short downward motion. After playing, wipe the instrument with a dry soft cloth and store it away from moisture, direct sunlight, and heat sources, as sudden changes in temperature and humidity are detrimental to the wood. Clean the metal keys only with a dry cloth without aggressive cleaning agents.

- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
