The Joyroom magnetic phone holder combines a comfortable finger grip and a practical stand in one small accessory. Instead of a hard metal loop, it features a soft silicone ring that snugly wraps around your finger and does not press even when holding the phone with one hand for an extended period. The holder attaches to the back of the phone magnetically and is designed for iPhone 12, 13, 14, and 15 with MagSafe as well as magnetic cases. It is suitable for reading, texting, taking photos, and recording videos when you want to keep the phone securely in your hand. The silicone ring is flexible and, unlike a metal loop, is gentle on fingers and nails. The holder can be easily removed from the phone and reattached, so you can move it to another phone or keep it ready for when you need it. Place the metal ring for phones without MagSafe in the centre of the back of the phone or case to ensure the holder sits straight. Cleaning is easy with a dry or slightly damp cloth; wipe the silicone ring just like the rest of the holder.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
ExchangesA different size, colour or variant
Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
