The hair of the new brush is factory-shaped into a tip. Before first use, gently squeeze it with your fingers and carefully remove any loose shaping, then soak the brush in water for 5 to 10 minutes. Dip into ink for about two-thirds of the hair length, ensuring the root of the hair remains dry. After use, rinse the brush in lukewarm water, align the hair into a point, and allow it to dry freely.
