The jeweller's set includes four tools for measuring and adjusting rings. The first piece is a metal mandrel for rings with a marked size scale, on which you can determine the size of the finished ring. The second is a longer smooth metal mandrel without a scale, which serves as a support for shaping and aligning rings. The mandrels come with a double-sided hammer with a black and yellow transparent head and a set of metal measuring rings on a wire for determining finger size. With this set, you can measure both the finger and the ring and adjust its shape.
The mandrel with the scale has a smooth surface and a handle at the wider end, allowing you to hold it comfortably. You simply slide the ring onto it and read the size at the point where it stops. The smooth mandrel is evenly tapered along its length and is suitable for winding wire or for aligning the ring into a circle. The hammer has a metal handle with a black grip and is used for gently tapping on the ring placed on the mandrel. The measuring rings, which gradually increase in size, are on a wire with a screw closure, so you can remove them and try them individually.

This set is useful for making rings from wire, repairing deformed jewellery and for selling and buying rings. The measuring rings help with selecting the correct finger size, the mandrel with the scale verifies the size of the finished ring, and the smooth mandrel with the hammer assists in shape adjustments. When aligning, place the ring on the mandrel and gently tap it with the hammer gradually around the entire circumference, never with great force. Never tap on the stones in the jewellery. After use, wipe the mandrels and rings with a dry cloth and store the entire set in a dry place.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
ExchangesA different size, colour or variant
Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
