Changing them is simple. Detach the original straps from the bra's eyelets and hook the metal hooks of the new straps in their place, first at the front on the cups and then at the back. Adjust the length so that the bra holds well and the straps do not dig into the shoulders. Wipe the cords after wearing with a damp cloth or rinse them in lukewarm water and let them air dry. If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
