When you complete an order, we send you several types of emails:
- Order receipt confirmation – shortly after your purchase, you will receive an email thanking you for your order and confirming your order number.
- Payment information – once the payment has been successfully processed, you will receive a message confirming that the order has been paid and will soon be handed over for dispatch.
- Dispatch notification – after the goods have been handed over to the carrier, you will receive an email informing you that your parcel is on its way. If the order is split between multiple sellers, you may receive more than one dispatch notification.
What should you do if the email does not arrive?
Sometimes the confirmation email may not appear in your inbox. The most common solutions are:
- check your Spam or Junk folder,
- if you use Gmail, also check the Social and Promotions tabs,
- add info@lunzo.ie to your trusted contacts.
If you still cannot find the email:
If you cannot find the message even after checking all folders, please contact us at info@lunzo.ie. We will quickly verify whether your order was placed successfully. We recommend that you do not create a new order until we confirm the status of the original one.
