I Want to View the Order Confirmation Email
When you complete an order, we send you several types of message:
Order receipt confirmation – shortly after your purchase you will receive an email thanking you for your order and giving you your order number.
Payment information – once your payment has been processed correctly, you will receive a message confirming that the order has been paid for and will shortly be handed over for dispatch.
Dispatch notification – after the goods have been handed over to the carrier, you will receive an email letting you know that your parcel is on its way. If your order is split between several sellers, you may receive more than one notification.
Tracking link – the email with tracking is sent as soon as the tracking number is available from the seller. It does not have to arrive at the very moment the parcel is dispatched.
What to do if the email does not arrive?
Sometimes the confirmation may not appear in your inbox. The most common solutions are:
check your Spam or Junk mail folder,
if you use Gmail, also check the Social and Promotions tabs,
add the address info@lunzo.ie to your trusted contacts.
If you still cannot find the email:
If you cannot find the message even after checking these folders, write to us at info@lunzo.ie. We will quickly verify whether your order went through correctly. We recommend that you do not create a new order until we have confirmed the status of the original one.
