Fill the globes with clean water so that the lower parts of the stems are submerged, and regularly change the water to keep it clear. Both globes can be easily removed from the holders for washing with lukewarm water without the need to disassemble the stand. Place the vase in a bright spot away from direct midday sun. The wooden stand only needs to be occasionally wiped with a dry or slightly damp cloth. If any fallen leaves or root remnants remain in the water, remove them to keep the water clean for longer. If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
