The hydroponic vase for avocado is a glass container designed for growing avocado from a pit in water, thus without soil or substrate. The transparent glass allows you to observe the entire germination process, from the cracking of the pit to the first roots and the sprouting of the stem and leaves. The upper bowl-shaped part keeps the pit in the correct position above the water level, while the lower droplet-shaped container serves as a water reservoir into which the roots can freely grow. The vase is suitable for growing plant seeds at home as well as for decoration on a windowsill, kitchen counter, or desk. Thanks to its simple shape, it fits into both modern and natural interiors and is also suitable for beginners who are just starting with hydroponics.

Features and Specifications

  • Transparent glass that allows you to monitor the germination of the pit, the growth of the root system, and the current water level without removing the seed from the container.
  • Two-part design in one piece: the upper bowl holds the pit in a stable position, while the lower part serves as a water reservoir and a firm base.

The vase combines the practical function of a growing container with a simple decorative shape, allowing the entire growth process to be constantly visible. The pit remains in the bowl in a stable position, and the roots have enough space in the droplet-shaped container to grow freely into the water. Regular maintenance involves topping up and changing the water, or rinsing the glass with clean water to keep it transparent. After germination and rooting, the plant can be transplanted into a pot with soil, or it can be left in the vase to continue observing the roots. In addition to avocado, other plant seeds that require constant contact with water can also germinate in the vase, so the container can be used throughout the year, and outside of the growing season, it serves as a regular glass vase for cut flowers.
