Care for the vase is easy. Change the water as needed to keep it clean and ensure the roots have enough oxygen. Simply rinse the glass with warm water and gently wipe any deposits with a soft brush. If the water becomes cloudy or green algae appears on the walls, empty the vase, rinse it out, and fill it with fresh water. How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
