The hydroponic vase made of clear glass is a compact container for anyone who wants to have greenery at home without soil and mess. Care for the vase is simple. Just change the water as soon as it starts to lose its clarity, and rinse the container with lukewarm water. You can add small pebbles or decorative sand to the bottom to further stabilise the plant and give the arrangement a more interesting appearance. After changing the water, simply replace the cork lid on the neck and reinsert the plant through it. It is advisable to place the vase in a bright spot away from direct midday sun to keep the water clean for longer.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
