The hydration vest for running, supplied with a hydration bladder and two bottles, is designed for long distances when you need to carry as much liquid as possible. The package includes the vest, 1.5 l hydration bladder with a hose and mouthpiece, and 2 foldable 500 ml bottles. The bladder fits into the main pocket on the back, while the bottles fit into pockets on the shoulder straps. The vest is made from lightweight polyester and mesh fabric that allows for good airflow. The unisex fit suits both men and women, and the set is ideal for ultratrails, marathons, cycling, and hiking.

The hydration bladder measures 36 x 17.5 cm and is secured in the pocket with a strap and Velcro. The hose runs through an opening near the shoulder strap and is held in place by clips, ensuring the mouthpiece is always within reach. The 500 ml bottles are made from BPA-free TPU and feature a silicone mouthpiece with a protective cap, allowing for drinking by squeezing. The wide mouth makes refilling and cleaning easy, and the empty bottle can be rolled up to save space in your pocket. In total, you can carry up to two and a half litres of liquid.

Before first use, rinse the bladder and bottles with clean water. Place the filled bladder into the main pocket and secure it with the Velcro strap, threading the hose through the opening near the shoulder strap and clipping it into place. Insert the bottles into the chest pockets and tighten with the drawstring. After use, empty everything, rinse, and leave open to dry; hang the vest by the loop.
