The hot melt glue gun with a power of 500 W and a long replacement nozzle is designed for gluing in places where a standard short nozzle cannot reach. You can set the temperature on the digital display within the range of 100 to 220 °C and the value is visible throughout the work. The gun works with glue sticks with a diameter of 11 mm and heats up in approximately 2 to 4 minutes. You dispense the glue using the trigger, and you can adjust its flow with a rotary screw at the back of the gun. The package includes a replacement long nozzle, a metal stand, and five sticks.
The long copper nozzle has an opening of 2.0 mm and a length of 42.5 mm. The slim and longer tip reaches into joints, gaps between parts, holes, or internal corners while still allowing good visibility of the joint area. The smaller opening dispenses glue sparingly, making it suitable for precise joints of wood, plastic, cardboard, textiles, or cables. The nozzles are made of pure copper with good thermal conductivity, and the fitted nozzle is protected by a silicone cover against burns.

Only replace the long nozzle when the gun is cool, and wait until it heats up again to the selected temperature before further gluing. When working in tight spaces, hold the gun so that the hot nozzle does not touch surrounding materials. Between individual joints, place it on the metal stand. After finishing work, turn off the gun using the button on the display, let it cool down, and store it in the box along with the nozzles.
The set with the long nozzle is practical for DIY enthusiasts, model makers, repairers, and for making decorations and packaging where gluing in joints and gaps is required. The power of 500 W and digital temperature control ensure even melting of the glue even during extended use. The longer nozzle allows access to joints inside products without unnecessary disassembly. - We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
