This hot melt glue gun with a power of 500 W is designed for demanding gluing tasks in the workshop, small-scale production, and home repairs. You can set the temperature using the buttons on the digital display within the range of 100 to 220 °C, allowing you to easily adapt it to the type of glue and the material being bonded. The gun works with glue sticks with a diameter of 11 mm, which are extruded by pulling the trigger once heated. The heating time is 2 to 4 minutes, and the set temperature remains visible during use. In the package, you will find, in addition to the gun, a replacement copper nozzle type A, a metal stand, and five glue sticks.
The replacement nozzle type A has an opening with a diameter of 2.0 mm and a length of 32 mm. Its conical tip is suitable for common joints where you need to apply a medium amount of glue precisely to a designated spot, such as when gluing wood, cardboard, textiles, or plastic parts. The nozzles are made of pure copper, which conducts heat well, and the fitted nozzle is protected by a silicone cover that reduces the risk of burns. You can fine-tune the glue flow using the rotary screw located at the back of the gun.

When working, place the gun on the metal stand to prevent the hot nozzle from touching the work surface or glued items. Only replace the nozzle when the gun is cool, and turn off the gun using the button on the display after finishing work. Remove any glue residue from the nozzle only after cooling, for example, with a wooden spatula.
The gun with a power of 500 W and digital display is suitable for anyone who frequently glues and wants to keep the temperature under control. It is useful in the workshop, for making decorations, packing goods, small furniture repairs, and model-making tasks. How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.

- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
