The hot glue gun with a power of 500 W and a long replacement nozzle with a wider opening is suitable for gluing deeper joints that require more glue. You can set the temperature using the buttons on the digital display in the range of 100 to 220 °C, allowing you to adapt it to the type of glue and material. The gun uses glue sticks with a diameter of 11 mm and is ready for gluing in approximately 2 to 4 minutes. You dispense the glue using the trigger, and you can adjust the flow with a rotary screw on the back. The package includes a replacement long nozzle, a metal stand, and five sticks.
The long copper nozzle has an opening of 3.0 mm and a length of 50 mm. Thanks to its length, it reaches into deeper cavities, corners of boxes, frames, and internal parts of products, and the larger opening allows enough glue to flow for longer or wider joints. It is therefore suitable for gluing wood, cardboard, foam, plastics, or fabrics where you need to fill the joint well. The nozzles are made of pure copper, which quickly transfers heat to the glue, and the fitted nozzle has a silicone cover that protects your hands from the hot metal.

Screw on the replacement nozzle only to a cooled gun and allow it to heat up again after replacement. When gluing in depth, guide the nozzle slowly so that the glue can evenly fill the joint. During breaks, place the gun on the metal stand with the nozzle down and away from flammable objects. After finishing work, turn it off using the button on the display, allow it to cool down, and store it in the box. The original nozzle remains available for regular gluing.
The gun with the long nozzle and larger opening is suitable for workshops, packaging and decoration production, furniture repairs, and DIY projects with larger parts. The power of 500 W and digital temperature setting keep the glue liquid even during longer and more substantial gluing. The 50 mm long nozzle accesses areas that a short nozzle cannot reach. Five sticks with a diameter of 11 mm in the package are sufficient for initial tasks right after unpacking. The metal stand and silicone cover of the nozzle contribute to safe operation.

- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
