The hot glue gun with a power of 500 W and flat nozzle is suitable for bonding larger surfaces, edges, and strips of material. You can set the temperature on the digital display in the range of 100 to 220 °C and the value is visible throughout the work. The gun uses glue sticks with a diameter of 11 mm and is ready for bonding in approximately 2 to 4 minutes. You dispense the glue using the trigger, and the flow can be adjusted with a rotary screw at the back. The package includes a spare flat nozzle, a metal stand, and five sticks.
The flat copper nozzle measures 3.0 x 45.5 mm and the glue comes out in a wider strip. It is therefore suitable for bonding fabrics, leather, foam, cardboard, veneer, or strips where it is necessary to spread the glue evenly and not just in one spot. The nozzles are made of pure copper, which quickly transfers heat to the glue, and the attached nozzle has a silicone cover that protects your hands from contact with the hot metal.

Guide the flat nozzle evenly across the surface and press the bonded parts together before the glue cools. Only change nozzles on a cooled gun. During breaks, place the gun on the metal stand and after finishing work, turn it off using the button on the display and allow it to cool down. For thinner spot joints, you can reattach the original nozzle, which is included with the gun upon delivery. Store the gun and nozzles in the box to protect them from dust and damage.
The gun with a flat nozzle is a good choice for workshops, upholstery and textile production, packaging, and crafting with foam and cardboard. The power of 500 W ensures smooth melting of the glue even during prolonged bonding, and you can easily adjust the temperature on the display. The flat nozzle spreads the glue over a larger area than a standard round nozzle can manage. With five sticks of 11 mm in diameter, you can start working immediately. The metal stand and silicone nozzle cover contribute to safe operation.
