The hot glue gun with a power of 150 W is complemented in this set by a replacement nozzle with a narrow needle tip for very precise dispensing of glue. You can set the temperature using a rotary thermostat in the range of 140 to 220 °C, allowing you to adapt it to both sensitive and more durable materials. The gun works with sticks of 11 mm in diameter, and five pieces can be found directly in the packaging. The replacement nozzle can be swapped using the included key. This set is mainly intended for small and meticulous work, where only a small amount of glue needs to be applied.
The replacement nozzle has a conical copper body ending in a thin tube with an opening of 1.0 mm, and its total length is 40 mm. The glue flows out in a thin stream, making it easy to target small holes, gaps, and edges of small parts. The gun features a blue body with an orange trigger, an LED indicator at the regulator, and cooling ribs with ventilation openings. At the nozzle entrance, there is a steel ball that limits dripping, and during breaks, you can place the gun on the wire stand.

Only change the nozzle when the gun is disconnected and completely cooled down. Loosen the original nozzle with the key, screw in the needle nozzle, and tighten it gently. After plugging in, set the temperature and wait for the glue to melt. When using the narrow nozzle, it is advisable to work with a higher temperature to ensure the glue flows smoothly through the thin opening. Squeeze the trigger slowly and dispense the glue in small drops. During breaks, place the gun on the stand and remove any excess glue from the tip only after it has cooled down. Glue small parts on a paper or silicone pad. Do not leave the gun switched on unattended and protect it from moisture.
The set with the needle nozzle is suitable for modelling, jewellery and costume jewellery making, repairing small items, gluing electronics into boxes, and crafting with children under adult supervision. The power of 150 W ensures quick heating and a smooth flow of glue even during extended use. Sticks with a diameter of 11 mm are readily available, and the mains power supply with an EU plug allows for uninterrupted work. Thanks to the key, you can easily revert to the original copper nozzle and use the gun for regular gluing of larger surfaces. One gun can thus handle both fine and coarser work.

How do I return goods?

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
