The hot melt glue gun with a power of 150 W comes with a set including an extended replacement nozzle that reaches areas where a standard nozzle cannot. You can set the working temperature using the rotary thermostat within the range of 140 to 220 °C. The gun is designed for sticks with a diameter of 11 mm, and five pieces are included in the package. The long nozzle can be screwed on using the included key in place of the original nozzle. This set is suitable for repairs, installations, and gluing in deep joints, corners, and cavities.
The replacement nozzle features a copper body with a long narrow tube, a total length of 70 mm, and is listed by the seller as 1.5/2.0/3.0 mm. Thanks to its length, you can apply the adhesive deeply into the joint without bringing the hot body of the gun close to the surrounding material. Always disconnect the gun before changing the nozzle and allow it to cool down. Loosen the original nozzle with the key and tighten the long nozzle firmly to prevent adhesive from leaking through the thread. After plugging in, select the temperature according to the material and wait for it to heat up. The long nozzle takes a little longer to warm up, so start gluing only when the adhesive flows smoothly. The tip of the nozzle remains hot for a while after switching off, so do not touch it. Between steps, place the gun on the stand and clean any adhesive residue only after it has cooled down. Do not leave the gun switched on unattended and do not use it in damp environments.
The set with the long nozzle is useful for furniture repairs, sealing joints, securing cables in cavities, mounting decorations, and model-making tasks.
