The glue gun with a power of 150 W comes with a flat nozzle that makes it easier to spread glue into a wider strip. You can adjust the temperature using a rotary thermostat in the range of 140 to 220 °C. The gun works with sticks of 11 mm diameter, and five of them are included in the package. The flat nozzle can be screwed on using the provided key in place of the original nozzle. The set is suitable for bonding fabrics, leather, cardboard, and other materials where you need a continuous layer of glue.
The flat nozzle has a metal body and a wide opening, is 45 mm long, and the seller lists it as 6.0/8.5 mm. The glue comes out in a flat strip that can be spread directly over the surface. The gun has a blue body with an orange trigger, an LED indicator, and cooling ribs that dissipate heat. There is a steel ball at the nozzle entrance to prevent dripping, and you can rest the gun on a wire stand.

Always change nozzles on a disconnected and cooled gun. Loosen the original nozzle with the key and tighten the flat nozzle securely. After plugging in, select the temperature according to the material and allow the glue to melt. Apply the glue with a steady pull and during breaks, rest the gun on the stand. Remove any excess glue from the nozzle only after it has cooled. When applying glue over a large area, it pays to work quickly and press the parts together before the glue sets. Protect your work surface with a paper or silicone mat. Do not leave the gun switched on unattended and do not use it in damp environments.
The set with the flat nozzle expands the capabilities of the 150 W gun for flat glue application. It is useful for upholstery repairs, bonding fabrics and leather, making packaging, and crafting with cardboard. You can set the temperature from 140 to 220 °C depending on the sensitivity of the material. Sticks with a diameter of 11 mm are readily available, and the mains power supply with an EU plug allows for prolonged use without interruption. Thanks to the key and replacement nozzle, you can start working immediately after unpacking. You can revert to the original copper nozzle at any time and use the gun for spot bonding.

How do I return goods?

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
