Gel cushions for the forefoot with a heart are designed for use in heels, sandals, and other high-heeled shoes where body weight shifts onto the balls of the feet. The cushion is inserted into the shoe so that the heart lies under the balls of the foot just behind the toes, with the narrower part of the drop pointing towards the heel. Before inserting, it is advisable to clean the insole of dust and dirt. It is a good idea to test the position by wearing the shoe and adjusting the cushion until the foot comfortably rests on its centre. Since the gel takes up a bit of space in the front of the shoe, it is wise to check that the shoe does not pinch after insertion. Both cushions should be placed symmetrically in the left and right shoe to ensure both feet have equal support. When not in use, it is advisable to store the cushions in a dry place and protect them from dust.

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
