Gateron G Pro 3.0 White linear switches are designed for mechanical keyboards where you desire smooth operation without a tactile bump and without a click. The white variant is among the lightest switches in the G Pro 3.0 series with an actuation force of 38 ± 15 gf and a bottoming force of 45 gf, making it easy to press the key with minimal effort, thus reducing finger fatigue during extended typing sessions. The switches feature 3 pins and a cross stem of the MX type, compatible with most standard keycaps. The package contains 90 switches, which is enough to equip a full keyboard without a numeric section (TKL) with 87 keys or a keyboard with a 75% layout, which has around 84 keys.
The third generation of G Pro introduces reinforced pins that are more resistant to bending without increasing their thickness. The top housing is transparent and, according to the manufacturer, better focuses the light, making the switches suitable for keyboards with SMD RGB backlighting, and the light disperses more evenly under the key compared to the previous version 2.0. The switches are factory lubed, ensuring smooth operation straight out of the box without the need for additional modifications. The pre-travel distance is 2.0 ± 0.6 mm, the total travel distance is a maximum of 4.0 mm, and the spring length is 20 mm.

Before replacing, ensure that the keyboard has hot-swap sockets with pin holes for the switch pins, as socket types that use clips are not compatible. Before inserting, check that the pins are straight, and insert the switch perpendicularly and without excessive force to avoid bending the pins. A switch puller, which is not included in the package, is useful for removing the original switches from a hot-swap keyboard.
Gateron G Pro 3.0 White switches are especially appreciated by those who prefer a light touch and spend a lot of time at the keyboard. The low actuation force means that the key responds to even a slight press, and the light linear action without a tactile bump is smooth from start to finish of the travel. Lighter switches are also suitable for those whose fingers tire quickly on stiffer keys. The set of 90 pieces is sufficient for a complete outfitting of a TKL keyboard or a keyboard with a 75% layout, leaving several switches as a reserve in case of damage. It is a practical choice if you want to convert a keyboard without a numeric section to a uniform light linear action. If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
