Gateron G Pro 3.0 White linear switches are designed for mechanical keyboards where you desire a smooth action without a tactile bump and no click. The white variant is among the lightest switches in the G Pro 3.0 series, with an operating force of 38 ± 15 gf and a bottom-out force of 45 gf, allowing the key to be pressed with minimal effort, reducing finger fatigue during extended typing sessions. The switches feature 3 pins and an MX-style cross stem, compatible with most standard keycaps. The package includes 70 switches, sufficient for a complete 60 % or 65 % keyboard layout, approximately 61 to 68 keys.
The third generation of G Pro introduces reinforced pins that are more resistant to bending without increasing their thickness. The top housing is transparent and, according to the manufacturer, better focuses light, making these switches suitable for keyboards with SMD RGB backlighting, distributing light more evenly under the key compared to the previous version 2.0. The switches are factory lubed, providing a smooth action right out of the box, with no need for further adjustment. The pre-travel distance is 2.0 ± 0.6 mm, total travel up to 4.0 mm, and the spring length is 20 mm.

Before replacement, ensure that the keyboard has hot-swap sockets with pin holes for the switch pins, as they are not compatible with socket types that require switch clips. Check that the pins are straight before insertion, and insert the switch vertically and without excessive force to avoid bending the pins. A switch puller, not included in the package, is recommended for removing original switches from a hot-swap keyboard.
Gateron G Pro 3.0 White switches are particularly appreciated by those who prefer a light actuation and spend a lot of time at their keyboard. The low operating force means that the key responds to a light touch, and the light linear action without a tactile bump is smooth from the beginning to the end of the travel. Lighter switches are also suitable for those whose fingers tire quickly on stiffer keys. If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
