Before assembly, always turn off the machine and disconnect the spark plug cable for petrol strimmers, or the battery or power cable for electric ones. Mount the blade under the mower head so that the centre hole fits onto the drive and securely tighten the head. When working, use the machine's protective cover, safety goggles, and sturdy footwear, and avoid stones, wires, and other hard objects. After each use, carefully clean the blade of grass and soil residues, dry it, and store it in a dry place.
