The felting pen is a practical tool for anyone who is engaged in dry felting or is just starting out. In one convenient holder, there are 7 barbed needles that work simultaneously, allowing the wool to firm up much faster than when working with a single needle. The pen measures 9.8 cm and, thanks to its shaped handle, fits well in the hand even during extended crafting sessions. The needles are housed in the head of the pen and are covered by a transparent protective cover, which can be unlocked and removed. The needles have tiny barbs along their length that catch the wool fibres during insertion and connect them into a solid and dense mass. The longer you poke in one spot, the firmer the wool becomes and the more precise the shape is. When working, place the wool on a foam or brush mat for felting, which protects the table and the needles, and poke straight down and then straight up again. The needles are thin and fragile, so do not bend them sideways when pulling them out and do not pry the wool with them. Keep your fingers away from the area where you are poking. After finishing work, replace the protective cover on the needles and store the pen out of reach of children. The pen is designed for use with carded sheep wool and other fibres suitable for felting.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
ExchangesA different size, colour or variant
Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
