You can insert your phone under the transparent window on the top of the bag, keeping your navigation, map, or cycling app always in view. The case is designed for phones with a diagonal of 4.7 to 6.8 inches. The bag attaches with straps to the top tube of the frame just behind the headset, where it does not interfere while pedalling. Above the window is a foldable sunshade that shields the display and helps keep the screen readable even in bright sunlight. The main compartment opens and closes with a perimeter zip with two sliders, allowing you to access the contents from both sides. Before riding, place your phone in the case under the window, close the zip, and securely tighten the straps around the frame and headset so that the bag does not shift during the ride. You can shorten any excess length of the straps as needed. Keep the bag clean; dust and dirt from the surface can be wiped with a damp cloth and left to air dry. Clean the transparent window with a soft cloth to keep it clear and ensure the display is easily visible. Do not place heavy or sharp objects in the bag to avoid damaging the window film.

How do I return goods?

- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
ExchangesA different size, colour or variant
Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
