The extra wide self-adhesive sole tape in a roll measuring 12.5 cm x 2 m protects the soles of shoes from abrasion and improves their grip on slippery surfaces. It is made from 1 mm thick PEVA film with a textured non-slip surface. With a width of 12.5 cm, you can cover even wider soles, the entire front part of the shoe, or a large heel without needing to join multiple strips. The tape can be cut with scissors to fit the outline of the sole and applied without any additional adhesive. It is suitable for trainers, sports and casual footwear, as well as shoes with flat soles. You can also cut narrower strips for heels and toes from the wide roll as needed.
The back side has an adhesive layer protected by a backing paper, so you only need to cut the film, peel it off, and press it down. The material is resistant to abrasion and scratching, helping to slow down the wear of soles during everyday use. The roll, which is 2 m long, is sufficient to protect several pairs of shoes or for later replacement of worn pieces. You can modify your footwear at home yourself, requiring only standard scissors.

Before applying, thoroughly clean the sole of dust, dirt, and grease and allow it to dry completely. Trace the outline of the sole onto the tape, cut out the shape, peel off the backing paper, and firmly press the film from the centre towards the edges. You can enhance adhesion by briefly warming it with a hairdryer. The tape adheres best to clean, flat, and smooth surfaces; adhesion may be lower on soles with deep or uneven patterns. Durability varies depending on the sole material, frequency of use, and the surface you walk on. The tape is intended for protection and improved grip; it is not a waterproof layer. When the applied piece wears out over time, carefully peel it off, clean the sole again, and replace it with a new piece from the roll.

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
