The external enclosure for M.2 SSD transforms an internal drive into a practical portable storage device that you can connect to a computer, laptop, or phone with a USB-C port. The enclosure supports two protocols, allowing you to insert an NVMe or SATA drive with an M or B+M key. With NVMe drives, transfer speeds can reach up to 10 Gb/s, significantly reducing the time it takes to copy large files, photos, and videos. The enclosure can accommodate drives with a capacity of up to 4 TB and lengths of 2230, 2242, 2260, and 2280. It is ideal for data backups, transferring work between computers, or repurposing an old SSD after replacing the drive in a laptop.
The body is made of aluminium alloy with a fine glossy black finish. The metal helps dissipate heat from the drive while keeping the enclosure lightweight and slim. With dimensions of approximately 10 x 3 cm, it fits easily into a pocket or a compartment in a laptop bag. The drive is installed in four steps: slide out the inner part of the enclosure, insert the SSD into the slot, secure it with a screw using the included screwdriver, and close the enclosure. Then simply connect the cable, and the drive will appear in the system without the need for driver installation.

The included cable has USB-C on one end and USB-C with an attached USB-A adapter on the other, allowing you to connect the enclosure to both new and older computers without additional adapters. When the drive is not used for an extended period, it will enter sleep mode after 15 minutes, saving energy and preserving the SSD. The indicator light makes it easy to see whether data is being transferred or if the drive is idle and can be safely disconnected. Always use the safe removal of devices in the system before disconnecting. The enclosure only needs to be wiped occasionally with a dry cloth and should be protected from drops and moisture.

- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
ExchangesA different size, colour or variant
Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
