The BW03 electronic badge is a modern version of the classic badge, where instead of a single printed design, your own images alternate. The round touch display with a diagonal of 1.5 inches and a resolution of 240 x 240 pixels displays photos, animated GIFs, and short videos. You send content to the badge from your mobile via Bluetooth 5.4 and a dedicated app, with an image transferring in approximately 1 to 3 seconds and a video in 5 to 8 seconds. You can easily change the badge throughout the day according to your mood, clothing, or the event you are preparing for. It is suitable for concerts, festivals, fan meetings, cosplay, and everyday wear.
Inside, there is a 32 MB memory, which can hold approximately 100 images or 4 to 6 short videos. You can switch between stored designs by touching the display directly. How do I return goods?

- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
ExchangesA different size, colour or variant
Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
