The electric bottle cutter is a table machine designed for DIY enthusiasts, artists, and anyone who enjoys giving old bottles a new life. In addition to cutting glass and ceramics, it also handles drilling and polishing, so in one setup, you gain several crafting tools. The motor is mounted on an arm that moves along a vertical column and is secured with a lever and handle. The cutting disc is clamped into the B12 chuck, which is tightened with the included key. The entire machine stands on a flat metal base, providing stability on the workbench.
When cutting glass, heat and fine dust are generated, so the machine is equipped with a water supply. Water is fed through a hose into the inlet on the arm, and an adjustable nozzle directs it right at the cutting point, cooling both the disc and the glass. Above the disc is a protective cover that limits the splashing of water and debris into the surroundings. The machine operates with a motor featuring copper windings and is turned on with a rocker switch on the side of the arm. Power is supplied by an external power adapter, which connects to a socket on the machine's arm.

The machine is suitable for making flower pots, candle holders, vases, glasses, and other decorations from glass or ceramic bottles. Before working, adjust the height of the arm according to the size of the bottle, connect the water hose, and direct the nozzle at the disc. Slowly and evenly guide the bottle towards the disc and let the disc work without applying too much pressure. After working, disconnect the machine from the power supply, wipe away the water and glass dust, and allow the disc to dry. When working with glass, wear protective goggles and gloves.

The sliding arm on the column allows the machine to be adjusted for bottles of various sizes. The stable stand with a metal base keeps the machine securely in place. - We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
