To attach the stopper, simply insert the earring into your ear and slide it onto the post from the back until it reaches the earlobe, with the plate facing the ear. When removing, gently slide it back and store it with the earrings. You can wipe the stoppers with a dry or slightly damp cloth and let them air dry. How do I return goods?

- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
