Statement of Compliance with the European Union (EU) Digital Services Act (DSA)
LUNZO s.r.o. confirms that the average number of its monthly active recipients of services in the EU for the period from 1 September 2025 to 28 February 2026 was below 45 million. Accordingly, under the Digital Services Act, LUNZO s.r.o. is not classified as a “Very Large Online Marketplace” (VLOP).
Lunzo will continue to monitor the average number of monthly active recipients of its services in the EU and will publish updated figures at least every six (6) months.
