Statement of compliance with the European Union Digital Services Act (DSA)
Under the Digital Services Act, LUNZO s.r.o. has not been designated as a “very large online platform” (VLOP): the average monthly number of active recipients of its service in the European Union is below 45 million. On request we will communicate this figure to our Digital Services Coordinator of establishment, the Czech Telecommunication Office (Český telekomunikační úřad), or to the European Commission (Article 24(3) of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065).

The Lunzo Third-Party Complaints Policy sets out the single point of contact for the authorities of the Member States, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services (Article 11 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 – the Digital Services Act) as well as the point of contact for recipients of the service (Article 12 of the Regulation); both points of contact can also be reached in English at legal@lunzo.ie.

Legal representative in the EU
LUNZO s.r.o. is established in the European Union (Czechia); the obligation to designate a legal representative under Article 13 of the Digital Services Act therefore does not apply to it. For legal matters please contact us at legal@lunzo.ie.
