The dripper with an insertion arrow is a simple component of drip irrigation that delivers water directly to the roots of a single plant. The set consists of a pressure compensated dripper 2 l/h, a short hose, and one curved insertion arrow. The dripper connects to the distribution hose of the irrigation system, and the arrow is inserted into the substrate next to the plant. The hose, measuring 0.5 m, provides enough space for the arrow to reach the pot even if the distribution hose runs along a shelf or the edge of a bed. Water drips slowly and soaks in where the plant needs it most.
The pressure compensated dripper maintains a constant flow even with fluctuations in pressure in the distribution system, ensuring that plants at both the beginning and end of the hose receive similar amounts of water. The flow rate of 2 l/h is suitable for smaller pots, herbs, seedlings, and plants that do not require large amounts of water at once. The curved shape of the arrow directs the droplets downwards, and the arrow holds the hose firmly in place.
The assembly is designed for drip lines with thin hoses 3/5 mm, which are commonly used to connect individual drippers. Thanks to the small number of parts, assembly is quick and can be done by a beginner without special tools. You can place multiple drippers along a single distribution hose to water each plant separately. The slow dripping reduces water runoff over the surface of the substrate, allowing moisture to remain in the root zone for longer.

It is advisable to connect the dripper to a system with a filter to prevent small impurities from the water from getting trapped in the dripper. Before winter, it is good to drain the system, remove the drippers with arrows, and store them in a dry place. The arrow can be moved to another plant at any time; just pull it out of the substrate and insert it elsewhere. Upon first use, it is good to check whether water is dripping regularly from the arrow and adjust the position of the hose as needed. Set the watering duration according to the size of the pot, type of substrate, and current weather conditions.

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
