This memorial necklace with an ashes pendant in the shape of a heart is a quiet reminder of a loved one or pet that you can carry with you every day. The pendant features a double heart – a smaller heart is inset into a larger heart with a smooth rounded edge, giving it a delicate and cohesive appearance. Fill the pendant over a clean light surface and pour in the ashes in small amounts, for example, using a paper funnel or the tip of a small spoon. The screw is tiny, so after unscrewing, place it in a safe location and gently wipe the thread before screwing it back in to ensure a good fit. We recommend removing the jewellery when showering, swimming, or exercising, and protecting it from perfumes, creams, and cleaning agents. Clean the surface with a soft dry cloth and store the necklace separately to avoid scratching against other jewellery.

- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
