Choose the correct size based on the chest circumference and back length. Measure the dog while standing using a soft measuring tape. Measure the chest circumference at the widest part of the chest just behind the front legs, and the back length from the point where the collar naturally lies to the base of the tail. Compare the measured values with the size chart in the bullet points above. After the walk, lay the raincoat flat or hang it in a ventilated area and allow it to air dry before storing it in a cupboard or bag for the next outing.

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
