The triangular scarf for dogs and cats is a practical accessory that combines a stylish bandana and a simple collar in one. There are three sizes available according to neck circumference. Size S is intended for a neck circumference of 24–40 cm, size M for a neck circumference of 29–45 cm, and size L for a neck circumference of 33–53 cm. Before ordering, we recommend measuring your pet's neck circumference with a tailor's tape and choosing a size that allows two fingers to fit comfortably between the collar and the neck. You can easily adjust the collar length with the sliding buckle. The collar fastens with a plastic snap buckle and features a metal D-ring. The scarf is suitable for regular walks, in the city, on trips, or as an accessory for festive occasions, such as birthday parties or photoshoots. The cotton fabric can be washed as needed, ideally by hand in lukewarm water with a gentle detergent. After washing, allow the scarf to air dry at room temperature and do not tumble dry or place it on a radiator. The scarf is not waterproof, so it is best to remove it during rain and leave it at home. After each use, simply check the clips and collar to ensure the collar fits well and is not too tight.

- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
ExchangesA different size, colour or variant
Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
