The Digital Calliper SHANHR 5112 with a measuring range of 0 to 200 mm is a reliable assistant for precise measurements in the workshop, in production, and for home projects. The measured value is displayed on a large LCD screen with a resolution of 0.01 mm, allowing you to read the result quickly and without dispute. The body of the calliper is made from hardened stainless steel with a polished surface, and the IP54 rating protects it from dust and splashing water. The calliper can handle four types of measurements: external and internal dimensions, depth, and step measurement. The reading can be switched between millimetres and inches with the press of a button.

The 200 mm range is appreciated when working with larger parts, profiles, pipes, or sheets, where a standard calliper is insufficient, for example in engineering, machining, carpentry, or vehicle repairs. The calliper operates with an accuracy of ±0.03 mm, which is sufficient for most technical and hobby tasks. The ZERO button allows you to set the zero at any position of the jaws, making it easy to measure the difference between two parts. The locking screw secures the jaws in the set position, ensuring that the measured value does not change when removing it from the workpiece. The longer jaws can reach dimensions that lie further from the edge of the workpiece, while the calliper remains easy to operate with one hand.

The calliper is powered by a CR2032 coin battery, which you insert under the cover on the back of the display unit. After use, wipe it dry, remove dirt and chips from the scale, and store it in the supplied plastic case, where it is protected from drops and scratches. Leave the jaws slightly open when storing, and do not expose the calliper to strong impacts or prolonged moisture to maintain its accuracy. When the calliper is not used for an extended period, turn off the display using the ON/OFF button.
