The Quality digital calliper with a range of 0–150 mm comes in a sturdy plastic case, in which you can safely store and transport it in your tool box. The electronics housing is made of zinc alloy, while the jaws, ruler, and depth gauge are made from stainless steel 40Cr13. This makes the instrument fully metallic and suitable for demanding daily tasks. The black scale on the ruler with white markings facilitates orientation, while the value can be read directly on the LCD display with a resolution of 0.01 mm. It is applicable in engineering, automotive workshops, furniture construction, and home repairs.
The measurement accuracy is ±0.02 mm for dimensions up to 100 mm and ±0.03 mm for dimensions over 100 mm. By pressing the inch/mm button, you can switch between millimetres and inches, and the ZERO button allows you to set the zero at any position, which is useful for comparing parts or checking tolerances. The slider is operated with a thumb wheel and secured with a locking screw. The instrument operates with a button cell battery LR44 1.5 V, which is not included in the package.

The lower jaws are used for measuring external dimensions, such as material thickness or screw diameter, while the upper jaws are for measuring the internal diameter of holes. The depth gauge, which extends from the end of the ruler, measures the depth of a hole or groove, and the front of the slider determines the height of the seating. After use, wipe the instrument, close the jaws, and return it to the case, where it is protected from dust and impacts. For long-term storage, remove the battery and do not leave the instrument in damp conditions.
