The IP54 digital calliper is designed for use in environments where dust is present or where there is a risk of water splashes. Its zinc alloy housing offers increased resistance to dust and water according to the protection rating IP54. The measuring jaws, ruler, and depth gauge are made of stainless steel 40Cr13, making the entire calliper metallic. It measures within a range of 0 to 150 mm and displays the value on a clear LCD screen. It is suitable for machine workshops, car services, carpentry, construction sites, and for home DIY enthusiasts.
The display resolution is 0.01 mm and the measurement accuracy is ±0.02 mm up to 100 mm and ±0.03 mm above 100 mm. The mm/in button allows you to switch between millimetres and inches, while the ZERO button resets the display at any position of the slider, enabling you to measure the difference against a reference piece. The slider moves with a thumb wheel and can be secured in place with a locking screw. The silver finish with graduations directly embossed on the ruler gives a clean and technical appearance. Power is supplied by a button battery CR2032 3 V, which needs to be purchased separately.

With the lower jaws, you can measure external dimensions such as material thickness or pipe diameter, while the upper jaws measure the internal diameter of a hole, and the depth gauge measures the depth of a hole or groove. The face of the slider can be used to measure the height of an offset. Before the first use, remove the protective film from the display. Although the calliper has increased durability, do not submerge it in water. After use, wipe it with a dry cloth and remove the battery if it will not be used for an extended period.
The IP54 calliper is suitable for environments where standard electronic measuring devices suffer from dust from grinding, sawdust, or moisture. The zinc alloy housing and stainless steel jaws provide strength and stability during measurement. Switching between millimetres and inches makes it easier to work with foreign drawings and fasteners. Its compact length of 232 mm allows the calliper to be carried in a tool bag. Once the battery is inserted, it is ready for immediate use.

How does it work?

- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
