The digital calliper with a range of 0–200 mm is designed for precise measurement of larger parts in the workshop, during metalworking, in engineering, and for DIY tasks. The value is displayed on a large LCD screen that fills the entire front surface of the slider, allowing you to read the numbers quickly and without straining your eyes. The measurement is shown with a resolution of 0.01 mm, and with one button, you can switch between millimetres and inches. The ZERO button allows you to reset the reading at any position of the jaws, making it easy to measure differences in dimensions. Compared to the smaller version, it offers a longer scale and deeper jaws.
The body of the scale is made of stainless steel with a thickness of 3.5 mm, and the display cover is made of zinc alloy, ensuring that the entire calliper is sturdy and resistant to wear. The IP54 rating protects the electronics from dust, splashing water, and oil, making it suitable for use in a dusty or oily workshop. The slider moves smoothly along the scale, and the wheel under the display allows for fine adjustment of the jaws' position with one thumb. The outer jaws, 54 mm long, and the inner jaws, 26 mm long, can measure both external and internal dimensions of components. The solid glass measuring grid and the chamfered edges of the jaws contribute to stable and reliable readings. The buttons are located directly next to the display, allowing you to turn the calliper on, reset it, and switch units with one hand while holding the part being measured with the other.

You can easily replace the battery using the included tool, which allows you to open the battery compartment cover without damaging your fingers. After use, wipe the calliper with the cleaning cloth, switch it off using the ON/OFF button, and store it in the case to keep the measuring surfaces of the jaws clean and undamaged. Do not store the scale in places with large temperature fluctuations, and do not use the jaws as a marking needle or crowbar to maintain their parallelism.
The digital calliper up to 200 mm is a good choice where a smaller calliper is insufficient for the size of the workpiece. The jaws, 54 mm long, can reach deeper and facilitate the measurement of wider parts, flanges, and profiles. The large display ensures quick and clear reading of values. The all-metal construction with an IP54 rating is suitable for everyday use in the workshop. The calliper comes with a storage case, cleaning cloth, and battery cover opening tool.

How does it work?

- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
