The SHANHR 5112 digital sliding calliper with a measuring range of 0 to 300 mm is a reliable tool for precise measurements in the workshop, manufacturing, and home projects. The measured value is displayed on a large LCD screen with a resolution of 0.01 mm, allowing you to read the result quickly and without dispute. The body of the calliper is made of hardened stainless steel with a polished surface, and the IP54 protection shields it from dust and splashing water. The calliper can perform four types of measurements: external and internal dimensions, depth, and step measurement. The reading can be switched between millimetres and inches with the press of a button.

The 300 mm range is designed for measuring large workpieces, flanges, shafts, pipes, and plates in engineering, metalworking, carpentry, as well as during the construction and maintenance of machines. The calliper operates with an accuracy of ±0.04 mm, which is sufficient for most technical and hobby tasks. The ZERO button allows you to set zero at any position of the jaws, making it easy to measure the difference between two parts. The locking screw secures the jaws in the set position, ensuring that the measured value does not change when removing it from the workpiece. The long ruler and jaws 60 mm deep enable measurement of large parts that shorter callipers cannot handle, without the need for measuring in sections.

The calliper is powered by a CR2032 button battery, which you insert under the cover on the back of the display unit. After use, wipe it dry, remove dirt and chips from the scale, and store it in the supplied plastic case, where it is protected from falls and scratches. Leave the jaws slightly open when storing, and do not expose the calliper to strong impacts or prolonged moisture to maintain its accuracy. When the calliper is not used for an extended period, turn off the display using the ON/OFF button.
