The Digital Caliper SHANHR 5112 with a measuring range of 0 to 150 mm is a reliable tool for precise measurements in the workshop, in manufacturing, and for home projects. The measured value is displayed on a large LCD screen with a resolution of 0.01 mm, allowing you to read the result quickly and without dispute. The body of the caliper is made from hardened stainless steel with a polished surface, and the IP54 rating protects it from dust and splashing water. The caliper can perform four types of measurements: external and internal dimensions, depth, and step measurement. The reading can be switched between millimetres and inches with the press of a button.

The caliper is powered by a CR2032 button battery, which you insert under the cover on the back of the display unit. After use, wipe it dry, remove dirt and chips from the scale, and store it in the supplied plastic case, where it is protected from drops and scratches. Leave the jaws slightly open when storing, and do not expose the caliper to strong impacts or prolonged moisture to maintain its accuracy. When the caliper is not used for an extended period, turn off the display using the ON/OFF button.
