Our commitment
Our goal is for as many people as possible to be able to use our platform without limitations. We therefore work to ensure that all digital content complies with the accessibility legislation in force and with internationally recognised guidelines. We base our work above all on the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) issued by the W3C consortium, which distinguish three levels of conformance – A, AA and AAA. Our online store is an e-commerce service covered by the accessibility requirements of Directive (EU) 2019/882 (the European Accessibility Act), implemented in Ireland by the European Union (Accessibility Requirements of Products and Services) Regulations 2023, S.I. No. 636/2023, which have applied since 28 June 2025.
How we approach accessibility
We aim for the entire Lunzo interface to meet the WCAG 2.1 standard at Level AA. Because this is a dynamic online platform on which content changes and is added continuously, some parts of the website may not always be fully compliant with this standard.

If you come across a technical barrier while using our website, we would be glad if you would let us know. Please state the exact address of the page where you encountered the problem – this will allow us to put it right more quickly.
