Overview
Dial Caliper 150 mm with Case Analog Reading on Dial Resolution 0.02 mm Stainless Steel 40Cr13 Battery-Free For Workshop

The dial caliper with a range of 0–150 mm offers precise readings without electronics and batteries. Tenths and hundredths of a millimetre can be read on the circular dial with a pointer, while whole millimetres are indicated on the ruler scale. The jaws, ruler, and depth gauge are made from stainless steel 40Cr13, which resists corrosion and maintains straight measuring surfaces for a long time. The caliper is supplied in a plastic case with a shaped insert, which protects it during storage and transport. It is suitable for machine workshops, car services, carpentry, and for DIY enthusiasts at home.

The resolution of the dial is 0.02 mm, which is sufficient for checking workpieces, screws, bearings, and seals. The scale is laser calibrated and the surface of the gauge has a protective chrome finish. As the gauge does not require power, it is always ready for use and there is no risk of the battery dying in the middle of a measurement. The slider can be moved smoothly with the thumbwheel and secured with the locking screw. The dial can be rotated and locked in the zero position with a screw. Mechanical reading is especially appreciated by those who use the gauge only occasionally and do not want to deal with battery replacements. The pointer reacts instantly to every movement of the slider, making even small changes in size clearly visible.

With the outer jaws, you can measure thickness and external diameters, while the inner jaws measure the diameter of holes and tubes, and the depth gauge at the end of the ruler measures the depth of holes and grooves. Before measuring, ensure that the pointer indicates zero when the jaws are closed; if necessary, rotate the dial. Protect the gauge from falls and dirt that could damage the gear mechanism of the dial. After use, wipe the measuring surfaces with a dry cloth and store it in the case. Do not apply excessive force to the ruler or jaws; simply clamp the measured part lightly to avoid distorting the result. Do not use the gauge as a marking needle or lever.

The dial caliper is a reliable choice for anyone who prefers a classic mechanical measuring tool without a display and batteries. The jaws made of stainless steel and the metal body can withstand regular use in the workshop. The reading on the dial is clear and quick even for less experienced users. The case with insert keeps the gauge safe between measurements. With a range of 150 mm, it can handle most common measurements of components and materials.
